Bethenny Frankel, star of Bravo's hit series The Real Housewives of New York City and author of the New York Times best-seller, Naturally Thin, is taking her Skinnygirl Margaritas to the masses! On Saturday, August 8th she hosted a party for the official launch of her Skinnygirl Margarita line at The Montauk Yacht Club with a variety of delicious signature Skinnygirl drinks and recipes.
The website had limited information, but this appears to be a ready-to-drink margarita for those folks who don;t have the time or energy to make Ms. Frankel's original version. Remember that? If not below is the recipe as a refresher.
Skinny Girls Margarita
2 oz of Patron Silver
2 oz of Patron Silver
splash of fresh lime juice
splash of Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
Combine all ingredients over a glass of ice
Garnish with a lime wedge and salt or sugar if you like
Sip and enjoy!
